Selling After Buying
  I just purchased a home 3 months ago and now we want to sell. The drive is just too far to work. Is there some kind of penalty for selling so soon?
 
  You're free to sell any time you want, there are no restrictions or tax consequences I can see is that after so short a time, you'll probably lose money, once you pay all the costs associated with selling.
