Assessment Information Wrong
  If public record (tax apprasier) state a house is concrete block stucco, and the house is really alluminum frame stucco would you have any legal recorse?
 
  The simplest thing is to contact the appraiser's office, point out the error, and ask for a re-appraisal inspection.
