Still On the Market.
What more can I do to sell my house? My house has been on the market for a year now and I am pulling my hair out trying to figure out why. I have reduced my price several times, changed brokers and walked around my neighborhood to find buyers and spread the word. I am selling it as is because I have no money and no intentions to make repairs. The location is decent, minutes away from major transportation in Jersey City. The building has a store front, could that be a reason why it's not selling?
Anything will sell if the price is right. Whatever the problem is, a low enough price will find a buyer. That is assuming that your house is multiple-listed, so that just about all the local brokers know about it, and the buying public can find it in their Internet searches. It sounds as if you're doing a lot of things right, but I'm afraid you'll just have to bite the bullet and keep dropping the price till you find the level that produces results.
