I have a beautiful home located at a golf and raquet club, last year the golf course was sold to a well known golf course developer. We have been told the course will be a PGA quality and when finished next year all will be top shelf, i am considering selling my home as i have an offer else where for a position, my home over looks a fresh water lake and is on the 3rd hole. Do you have any idea of how the market is in Wilmington NC? My home is on The Cape Golf and Raquet club, 1. 2 miles from Carolina beach. |
