Undisclosed Buyer Agent |
| |
 |
There are 5 of us on a deed for a piece of land. 1 person told the rest of us he had a realtor and a contract to sell the land. We all signed it. Now we find out the "realtor" is actually a buyer represenative for the potential buyer. Something that was not disclosed to us. Can we get out of the realtor contract? No other paperwork has been signed.
Thanks, |

Wisconsin, like manyother states these days, requires real estate agents to disclose for whom they are working before any negotiations take place. It isn't clear to me whether you signed a listing contract or a sales contract, but if you do want to cancel it, you should take the question to a real estate attorney. |
