Undisclosed Buyer Agent

There are 5 of us on a deed for a piece of land. 1 person told the rest of us he had a realtor and a contract to sell the land. We all signed it. Now we find out the "realtor" is actually a buyer represenative for the potential buyer. Something that was not disclosed to us. Can we get out of the realtor contract? No other paperwork has been signed.

Thanks,

Wisconsin, like manyother states these days, requires real estate agents to disclose for whom they are working before any negotiations take place.  It isn't clear to me whether you signed a listing contract or a sales contract, but if you do want to cancel it, you should take the question to a real estate attorney.
