We are wanting to sell our rental home and how soon can the tenant be asked to leave? She has a one year lease with us. |

I haven't seen the lease, and I don't know if your state has some unusual provision, but in most cases, a lease "survives the sale", meaning that it would be just as binding on the next owner as it is on you. The tenant is entitled to remain in the property until the lease is up. |
