What are the costs involved in selling without a broker my house, taxes, etc.? |

I suppose advertising the house will be your first big cost. You may also want to pay for a simple appraisal of market value, because the right asking price is extremely important if you hope to succeed. You will want your own real estate lawyer, of course, to help draw up a contract after you and the buyer have agreed on sale price and terms. And you'll have the same closing costs that any seller has. |
