Selling a Fixer Upper |
| |
 |
Is there a simple way to just sell a fixer upper house like you would a car. IT would sell for about $20,000 - to someone who had the money and would pay in cash or directly to my bank.
Just like a car without all the fees and commissions and title and escrow, etc.
I know when a big mortgage is involved they have to have more but a simple sale like this should be simple to do. I have the house, they have the money, a transfer of deed and it's done.
Any advice appreciated. |

A sale like that is perfectly possible. Investors are always looking for fixer-uppers and are sometimes ready to pay all cash for a simple deal. There would be some legal expenses, though. Even if a buyer were ready to take the place entirely as-is physically, they'd want some legal work to guarantee that you were turning over clear undisputed title, with no unpaid taxes, mortgages or other liens. |
