	Ms. Lank: Would you please email us a copy of your comments concerning showing a house after it's under a sales agreement? We meant to save to save the clipping and wouldn't you know, we are now in such a situation.

	Once there is a binding sales contract, the buyers have the right to purchase the property according to the terms in that contract. The sellers still own the place, though.They can do what they want with it, and that includes showing it to other prospective buyers. They could even accept a back-up offer that would take effect only if the first deal later blew up.
