Repair Before Selling? |

It is a good Idea to show the house to the possible buyers before all of the repair are done?. (porche, deck, roof and driveway, lansscaping)

If you plan on doing those repairs yourselves, and if you have the luxury of time, do them before you start showing the place. But if you're not sure, or you're in a hurry, then I'd recommend calling a few real estate firms that are active in your neighborhood (look at lawn signs.) Ask them to send someone over to give you advice. You won't have any obligation, and you can get opinions from agents who can see the present condition of the property, and who know buyers' expectations in your area. |
