	Call three real estate companies that are active in your neighborhood and ask them to send someone over to talk. You won't have any obligation, and you can learn a lot by listening to their presentations. Then you'll be in a better position to judge what parts of the job the discount broker doesn't do, and whether you want to take on those tasks yourselves.
