Possible Two-Bedroom
	I'm a realtor in New Orleans, LA. I have a 1 bedroom home listed in a demand area. It was previously a 2 bedroom, but the owner converted 1 bedroom into a luxury bathroom. I'm having a hard time selling it because the majority of people want an extra bedroom. How can I effectively market this home?

	Your ads, and all information on the house, should say just what you wrote to me -- "could be two bedrooms." "Possible two bedrooms" something like that.
