Polishing Is Needed

I would like to sell my condo, however i need to make a few improvements before i do so-----such as sanding and repairing the hardwood floors and painting and updating the bathroom. I don't have the money for these improvements. Should i go ahead and take out a loan for these things, or just sell "as is"?

The items you mention don't sound too expensive, and it's usually worth giving your place a doll-up before putting it on the market.  But I haven't seen your condo.  Call several nearby real estate brokers and ask if they'd be willing to come up and give you advice after they've looked the place over.  It won't obligate you to anything.
