Pictures on the Web

A realtor came out to my home to discuss listing my home. This realtor took pictures of both inside and outside of my home before any agreements or contract was signed. We never agreed on all issues and never signed a contract. We signed a contract with a completely different realty agency. The previous realtor still used the pictures they took of my home on their website. Is this legal to post pictures of my personal home on the computer without my consent or any contract agreement signed?

On the one hand, if those agencies belong to a multiple-listing system, it's possible having the pictures on that other web site will help get your house sold.  On the other hand, if you regard it as a violation of your privacy, you should contact that agent and ask that the pictures be taken off.  After that if they aren't, it's time to talk to your own lawyer.
