Personal Property

In our contract under fixtures it say and the following personal property: As viewed on said date._ Does this mean all my personal property? Also we did not get our asking price with the personal property discloser. Help explain please

What stays with the real estate?  Fixtures, which means pretty much anything permanently attached, like the curtain rods.
But sometimes the seller agrees to leave the drapes as well.  They're not part of the real estate and they're not fixtures.  What they are is personal property.  If they're going to be left, they should be listed in the contract.  Other personal property that might be listed could include a stove or refrigerator, or furniture the two parties have agreed the buyer can have.
So the question is, what does your contract say right after the words "and the following personal property:..."  If it doesn't have anything filled in there, you haven't agreed to leave any personal property.  If it does say something, that's what they buyer will receive.  The rest of your personal property (your furniture, cars, clothing) are all safe and you can take them when you leave.
