Not One Showing |

My one family semi attached home has been listed for (4) four weeks. The house is in EXCELLENT condition and even has a brand new kitchen. We have not had a showing!!! WE had it listed last year and got a lot of action and a couple of offers and re-shows. We are stuck in a 6 month contract with this real estate. What can we do? |

If your home has been multiple-listed and properly exposed on the Internet, a large pool of buyers knows about it. Put yourself in their shoes. How come they've been choosing to go to other houses instead? Must be they liked the asking prices better. They can't know how great your house is until you get them into it. In many areas the market has changed in the past year, perhaps yours has had a downturn. I wouldn't necessarily blame your agent. Brokers can't drag buyers in by the hair to show them the place. Buyers have to look at a list of what's on the market, and say "Show us that one and that one." Ask your agent's advice about a price that will make them point to yours. |
