	I am not planing to sell a home anytime soom but would like to answer one question. we have an older home with only a shower and toilet in other words a 3/4 bath will i be able to sell this home or do i have to upgrade to a full bath before i sell? my brother changed things around in this house when i married and moved away now i am left with a mess.

	The answer depends on things I can't know -- how much your house is worth, buyers' expectations in your neighborhood, how much it would cost to upgrade. You can get the best information if you call a couple of local brokers, tell them your address, and ask for advice. They can judge better than I can, and they won't charge you for a phone opinion.
