Multiple List or Auction
	Should I list with a realtor or sell through a public auction? What are the pros and cons of each method? As executor for my mother's estate, I must sell her house.

	The answer depends on where the property is located, and what local customs are in that area. My guess is that hiring an agent who belongs to the local Multiple Listing System is probably your best route. You should be using a lawyer for guidance in settling the estate, and that's a good person to consult.
