More than One Offer
  When an offer is made, is the seller obligated to respond to that offer (accept or deny) before receiving other offers. I live in the state of Iowa.
 
 

Until the sellers have signed a counter-offer or an acceptance, they are free to deal with any and all offers.  The one first presented does not have any priority.
