Hello, I had my house listed with a realtor, the contract had expired in October 2007. ( 6 months) The house continues to be shown by numerous realtors. If I find a buyer on my OWN, am I obligated to pay my listing realtor, or any realtor at all. |

I haven't seen your listing contract, so I don't know for how long after the listing expires you have any obligation to your original listing agent. Other than that, I don't know that you'd owe a commission if you found a buyer on your own. |
