Listing Contract Expires
  How long should I wait after a listing contract expires to list with a new agent.? Will it be considered Just Listed again? Thanks for your help.
 
  I'm afraid what you're asking me is a matter of personal ethics.  You're right in thinking that "just listed" would be misleading until some time had passed.  How much time is that?  Sorry -- that's a matter of personal ethics.
