	Dear Edith: We are in our 60s and thinking about an apartment. The reasons for moving are the upkeep on the lawn which is too much for us. Also my husband is not a handyman so we pay to have things fixed. We also have three sons living with us and at the present time not working. Seems they leave and come back. We've had eight children. We deserve to be alone finally. An apartment (one bedroom) would help. Still we don't want to do the wrong thing because of the children

	By all means sell, and stick to that one-bedroom idea. It's the best thing you could do for your sons.
