If I want to make one last update on my home, which one will better help sell my home? We've updated the windows, carpet, and roof. We are looking to either update the kitchen (floor and cabinets) or add a master bathroom. Will we get our money back when we sell the home and which one is better to do?

No way I can tell from here. I don't know what your house is like now, I don't know what your neighbors' homes are like, I don't know the price level in your area, and I don't know how long you expect to live there yourselves.
But all is not lost. You can get excellent advice from local real estate brokers, and they're used to giving it out free. Call a few firms that are active in the neighborhood. If they don't offer to send someone over, ask for advice over the phone.
