House Not Selling |

We have had our house on the market in AL since 12-14-07. We have had many showings and 2 open house that seemed to do very well but no offers. We have dropped our price last week. I am concerned that it was priced too high to begin with. What do we need to do to sell this house now? |

Sounds as if it was indeed priced too high -- the definition of market value boils down to "what someone will pay" and nobody has so far.
Perhaps your current reduction will be enough, and this is the best time of the year, so hang in there. Your agent should be bringing you reactions from viewers and from other agents who may have come through -- if you're not getting this valuable feedback, ask for it.
