House Hasn't Sold |
| |
 |
Does it really matter what realtor or realty company you list your house with. They all use the MLS and other realtors show your home. I have been working with the same realtor since May and my house has not sold. I live in Mckinney, TX and the market is very slow in the $800,000.00 range of homes. We just lowered it to $795,000.00 and had a realtor openn house. My contract is up in about a week and I have a good relationship with my realtor but I have to get my home sold. I am getting a divorce and need out ASAP. What do I do?
Thanks |

Stay with the agent who has invested time, money and effort in your property. You simply need to find a listing price that attracts buyers. The buying public has voted that in today's market, your place isn't worth what you're asking. Drop your price till you hit a level that brings results. |
