Highway Coming
  I am taking my real estate license test and my question is: if i were to sell a home with the knowledge of a highway that is going to be built close or possibly running through the back yard MUST I tell the potential buyer?
 
  Yes, absolutely.  Whenever the question is "Should I disclose..." the answer is always "yes" before I even hear the rest of the sentence.
