	I inherited a house in Missouri which I currently live in but am going to sell in a year or less. The house has a huge old green house on it thats run down. All the plastic is gone and a tree fell on it. How much would it add to the property value if I paid for a new one, would it be worth it?

	Probably not. You'd have to be looking for a buyer who wanted a greenhouse and was willing to pay extra for it. That would eliminate many buyers. My guess is that it would be a better investment -- and cost less -- to clean the site up. But you can get better advice than mine by calling a few local real estate brokers and asking for free advice. It won't obligate you in any way, and their opinions will be much more valuable than mine because they know your local market. Let me know if they agree with me -- I'm interested.
