What can you tell me about the discount realtors "Assist2Sell?" Are their claims that they offer the same services and are just as effective as a full-commission realtor true? |

Discount brokers offer "unbundled" services. YOu decide which you want to pay for, and which things you will do for yourself. They may offer everything a full-service broker does, but not at their rock-bottom fees. You get to choose. For one thing, even if your property is entered in a local Multiple Listing System, that won't do you too much good unless you're offering a commission to other brokers in the system who might be working with buyers. Nothing wrong with the system as long as you understand what's involved. |
