Co-op Won't Sell

We have been selling our co-op in yonkers for over a year. We had one offer, and they withdrew it without an excuse. It is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom selling for $199,000. Please is there any advice you can give us to get it to sell? We need to move urgently. we have no space with a 2 year old and and 8 month old

Assuming your property is listed on the Internet and that other brokers in town know about it, then when something doesn't sell after more than a year, the problem is almost always price.  If your agent isn't advising you to drop the price, you're not getting good service.
If you were asking $2, you'd sell the place in five minutes.  And somewhere between $2 and $199,000 is a price that will attract offers.  The price isn't set by your agent, by you, by how much you need to get out of the place, how much you paid -- the price is set by the buying public, after they compare your co-op with what else they could buy instead.
