We excepted a offer on a house we were selling, the buyer is asking for all kinds of crazy things. We are making 2 house payments so we decided to go along , they keep coming back with little things. Can we pull out of the deal? |

I haven't seen your contract and I don't know what the buyers are asking for, so I have no idea whether you have to agree to their requests. If you do want to void the contract, discuss the whole thing with your own real estate lawyer to see whether you have any grounds for doing so. |
