Buyer Backed Out |

We thought we sold our home in Arizona, 48 hrs before escrow was suppose to close buyers back out. This is after all the paper work was signed. They are obligated to honor the contract right. Can they just do this. |

Take all the documents you have to a lawyer who specializes in real estate. I can't tell from this distance whether the buyers were justified in cancelling. You need to talk with someone who knows all the facts. |
