Breaking up Housekeeping |
| |
 |
We are an elderly couple wanting to break up house keeping and re-locate. We want to sell our land, home, out building's and a motor home as a complete package incuding contents. Is this a good sales approach? |

The outbuilding, if it's on your land, is part of the real estate and would go with the whole parcel. But I wonder about that motor home. You might be turning away any buyer who didn't happen to want a motor home, and my guess is that that would be nearly all of them. My feeling is that you should sell the motor home separately. But it won't cost you anything to call three real estate companies that are active in your area and ask them to send someone over to give you advice. They can judge better than I can from this distance. Good luck in your retirement! |
