Hello edith, my question is that iam interested in doing sales as a real estate agent and i did past all of the test but unforturaly most companys require between 500.00 to1200 dollars to join with a major firm what should i do when you dont have that kind of money to throw around, thank you any way edith . i love your site. |

Congratulations on passing the course and -- I assume -- the state exam. As you're in New York state, you probably used the textbook I wrote. As a beginner you are required to work under supervision so you will have to join a firm. Perhaps the money is being asked to pay for sales training, or to join a multiple listing service and use its facilities. At any rate, you'll have to find the cash somewhere. There isn't any other way to start, and it would be a shame to waste the time and effort you've put in already. |
