Advertise Out-of-Town? |
| |
 |
I'm trying to sell a house in northern Michigan. There's not much local interest in this property, so but it should sell as second or vacation home. I think listing should target metropolitan areas of the state, but my listing agent thinks otherwise. Is there any way to make sure this property is presented in the areas of larger population? Any suggestions on how to present this property to the folks that normally would have interest? |

I pretty much agree with your agent. Anyone from the cities who is interested in your property will be looking at local listings. As long as your place is exposed on the Internet, it's available to anyone searching that area. Out-of-town advertising is usually pretty much limited to very expensive properties. |
