Across from Construction

I would like to sell my townhouse, but a major construciton project has begun directly across the street for a shopping center, restaurants, etc. The noise and blasting is very loud and dust is always in the air. How does this affect the property value during construction and after? Should I wait to sell? I cannot stand the noise and my car is always dirty from the dirt in the air. Thank you...

I can't imagine the noise and dust will be seen by buyers as a plus.  I expect you'd be likely to get a higher price when it's all over.  It won't cost you anything to phone some local real estate offices and ask for opinions.
