Seller Concessions

SEller assistance with the money you need to close is allowed by some mortgage plans and not by others.  In any case, it's important that any concession you do receive from the seller is set out in the contract for the lending institution to see.  If not, you're involved in illegal fraud and could end up in real trouble.  Your lending institution should have more answers for you.
