Reverse Mortgages
  When asking for mortgage balance on reverse mortgage calculator do I include real estate taxes or just my monthly mortgage payment without the real estate taxes. Also can I rent an apt. in my 2family house and still be able to receive the reverse mortgage. Would this be my best option since I am limited financially and cannot sell my home at this time. Thanks very much
 
 

It's not clear what you are asking, because one doesn't make any mortgage payments with a reverse mortgage.  As for the two-family house, I believe it would be eligible as long as you are an occupant of one of the units.
