Pre-approved for Loan
  We got pre-approved for a mortgage, found a house, handed in all my paper work to the bank, and now waiting for approval to move in... What would change their mind to approve me, if I was pre-approved?
 
  The lender might find some last-minute change in your credit record that could hurt your qualification..  This is not a good time to take out a car loan, for example.
