Nuisance Fees |

Petty Fees. I just recevied my loan application and I see a whole of petty fees.. like $50 for processing and etc. Can I ask the lender to get of these fees are these fees negotiable? |

You can certainly ask. Whether, in this difficult mortgage time, your lender is willing to negotiate is something I can't judge. You can always ask other lenders to see their fee list, and make some comparisons before you decide where to apply.
