Loan Is Terrible |

I have an ARM loan and because of real estate market do not have enough equity to re-fi. This loan is terrible. I need advice on what to do? |

Have you tried talking with your mortgage company? These days there are some programs out there to help people in your situation. Perhaps your lender can offer some modification of the terms of your loan. No harm in trying.
