	Dear Edith, I was going through some old papers and read that we may have a refund coming from FHA mortgage premium insurance we paid years ago.I was wondering if you had a leaflet with the details.I’m enclosing a return envelope and will appreciate if you let me know.

	My old leaflet on the subject is way out of date, sorry. Information about FHA refunds is available at the web site www.hud.gov/offices/hsg/comp/refunds/index.cfm.If you don’t have Internet access, use a computer at the library.If you have a grandchild to help, you’ll be all set. You may need the case number of your old FHA mortgage.Sometimes that can be found in the documents on file in the county’s public records office.
