Can't Make Payment
  If you cant make the full monthly mortgage payment is it best to make a partial pament or not to make any payment for that month
 
  I don't think partial payments will do much to help straighten you out.  What you should do is contact your mortgage lender immediately and discuss the matter to see what they have to suggest.
