me and my wife have owned our property for three years plus. We have lived in a mobile on the property the whole time. I have built a two story, barn style home, with large front porch: @1232 sq ft. We would like to find help in getting a mortgage. We built the house with our creditcards, which is now hurting our credit. Also I have been working on the house the majority of the year so I have no real income for last year. we make @ 42000 in an average year but last year only 29000. we have 51,000 in the home, and the house has been apraised at 75,000. It is not complete (needs sheetrock, flooring, cabinets, trim). we also have a roommate who has been with us for 5 years. he pays 310 a month in rent(3,720 a year). it's a rural property. can you give us any help? |

It won't cost you anything to talk with a couple of different mortgage brokers. That's not mortgage bankers, but mortgage brokers. They specialize in finding loans, and if there's anything you can qualify for, they'll know about it.
