Appraisal of Home on Golf Course
  Does living on a golf course at at a hole increase the value of the Home.

I live on the 11th hole at the Heron bay Blvd Golf Country Club in Locust Grove Georgia.

Appraiser for lender states 360,000

My own appraiser states 460,000 a whole 100,000 dollars more because I live on the 11th hole

Is this a true statement. He states lenders appraiser did not make being on a Golf Course would
increase the value of my home

I am not an appraiser and I don't know the answer to your question.  I do know that you can request a re-appraisal by another qualified appraiser.
