Using Power of Attorney

My mother is currently in a nursing home and in very frail health. We would like to sell her home to be used to pay for the nursing home costs. We do have power of attorney over her finances. And all money from the sell would go into her bank account to be used toward her care. Can we sell her home with the power of attorney we have? She is physically unable to sign anything. Thank you in advance for your advice.

I haven't seen the wording of that power of attorney.  Quite possibly you do have the authority to sell your mother's house.  I'd suggest getting advice from a lawyer.
