  Can someone place you on the deed to their home without your permission?
 
  A deed is no good and doesn't transfer any ownership until it is "signed, sealed and delivered" which means that you must accept it, physically take it in your hand.  So I don't see how it could happen without your consent.  If you think something fraudulent went on, better consult a real estate lawyer.
