Three Co-Owners

My name is the only one on the note. There are 3 names on the DEED. 2 of 3 want to sell and the one that doesn't want to sell put down $9,000 during the purchase. I have paid 18 months of $1200.00 per month for this house but can't just keep on paying.. What can I do?
Thanks

It's not quite clear--are you making the entire mortgage payment?  Sounds like quite a mess.  Are you one who wants to sell or the one who doesn't?
Anyhow, no matter what the answers, you need to talk with a lawyer, preferably one who specializes in real estate, to find out where you stand and get everything straightened out.
When there are co-owners, any one of them can force a sale through court action.  It'd be a real waste of money if that happened.  Perhaps mediation or arbitration would be necessary, they're less expensive.
The place to start is with your own attorney.
