	Edith Lank, Approximately three years ago, I wrote you regarding our neighbor's propane tank that was about six inches off our property line. Too too close. Took your advice and contacted our Director of Building and Zoning in our town. After checking codes, our neighbor was in violation, tank must be further from the boundary. We ended up in Town Court and the judge said "Move it or bury it." The tank got buried. This took almost two years but it was worth it. Both properties look one hundred percent better. Thank you for your great advice.
