Survey Shows Encroachment |

One neighbor had his property surveyed to build a new house on his property after a fire. He showed my husband the survey and it shows a neighbor that abuts us both has his fence and a chicken coop on my property, it has been there for 2 years. We don't want to surrender this land and would like full use of it. How should we proceed to get out property back? Thanks you for any help you are able to give me. |
