Stopping the Sale |

Is there a process in halting/stopping a house from closing. i ask this because my mother has a contract to sell her house but she is not in the right state of mind and I think the realtor shortchanged her. The realtor is acting as a dual agent. This home was not supposed to be sold as a last wish of my father before his passing and I want to try and uphold this. can I legally do anything to try and stop this? I believe my mother has dementia also. |

You need to consult a lawyer, perhaps the one who handled your father's estate, immediately. There's nothing more I can judge from this end. |
